Is XSI mod tool possible use for something other than Half Life and Unreal?
Are there some plugins for XSI mod tool - obj exporter ...
Is ther someone who use mod tool?

I think the mod tool was only design for that purpose, then, I don't think you find an exporter..

The mod tool was originaly just for the Source engine... then came the unreal engine export... since it is just for moding game content, there is no obj exporter.

So the answer to your question... no.
