Before you decide on Modo, I recommend giving the Cinema 4D demo a try - to me, it's like what Carrara would have been with continued development...

By time I starting moving around the "Whimp" and "Flabio" characters using the visual selectors and morph sliders, I was sold - yet again Modo wasn't purchased and somethng else was...

I laready tested C4D and I'm not a big fan (especially their price policy...)
