Is anywhere I can found some tutorial for texturing process in Carrara?
I have got for a leaf, but I am looking for e.g. something for cylindrical tower... etc.

Try doing the UV tutorial #2, which is a pencil tutorial. This should give you enough skill to do the same towards a tower structure.
