Modeling clothing for Poser figures - tutorials?

I asked something like this about a month ago on renderosity when I first learned I would be getting Carrara 5. Now that I finally have it, I'd like to pose the question again.

What is out there for helping me learn how to model clothing for a poser figure in Carrara 5?

Not 'bone / jointing', but the actual modeling and getting something to be like clothing and close to body - especially without at some stage copying the underlying figure's mesh (ie: modeling something that would not have copyright issues if put up online).

Where should I start and what can / should I do?

If there are no specific tutorials on this subject, consider this a request for one to be made.

Yes, but the tutorial, just leaves you hanging. Saying use your favorite method to create the clothes.
