Background rendering.

Does anybody could explain to me how to render and save a backgound scene in Shade. When i do the render the background is visible, but after having saved my scene in image, when i open my image it doesn'nt appears ... ?

Well, by searching i finally found the answer. But it seems that it only works with Callisto rendering option ... Set this option off ...
