Newbie here and newbie to 3D - Polyloop

Hi all,

I just want to say hello and introduce myself. Apart from being a newbie, I'm also a bit of a wrinkly, so taking up modelling at my time of life may be a tad ambitious. However, what I'm trying to do is model my home village in early medieval times. Don't hoot too loudly ...

At the moment, I'm struggling to decide what software and which engine will be best ... so I thought I'd drop in and watch the experts.

You're never to old to start, and you'll find there's a few of us with grey hair round here

I just started out with Hexagon 2.2 - (have Amapi Pro 7.5 also installed). On this forum somewhere you will find an architectural render from one of the users here - can't remember where to find it though....
