Putting anti-virus software on a Mac helps protect any PCs in your network. Macs can pass on PC viruses if they are already in a file that goes through a Mac.

While they may be largely immune themselves, its good community practice to not pass on an infection.

I agree, we should NEVER pass on anything that we even suspect to be infected.

Oo La La!

I hope you will keep me/us abreats of any new training materiasl coming out by anyone! My problem is I dont even knew where to beign in HEX. I loaded that DIGIATL CAMERA tut. and can't even get started

I got Lightwave 7.5 last summer and could not of gotten anywhere without 3D Garages $350 dollar DVDs, While pricey, they were invalueable. I'm 43 now and dont catch on as quick as I might once have!

I think Eovia didnt do themselves any favors by Launching HEXAGON without any training! I am SURE HEX os a SINCH compared to say Lightwave to use but again I need a little help!

Also I know a lot about CARRARA 4 pro and am learning my way round 5 PRO. Like other artist I can use say PHOTOSHOP for many years and consider myself a pro in those apps, but once you watch a training VIDEO of a an App you have used for years you learn all sorts of new tricks !

Also just curios, Why do so many folks in FRANCE use Eovia products? Just curious!

Rich

Is there a way to have some of our work posted on our profiles! Other than going to one anothers website, which I am learning to do, where can we see any anothers work?

How does one get ahold of one of these DVDs from Stuart? What user-level is it aimed at – beginner, medium, advanced? Does it have audio?

I ask about audio because many of the animated features on eovia's website are really cool but the silent movies sometimes leave me hanging. I am very interested.

A DVD training is a DVD training, then, with audio. videos on Eovia.com, are only demos.. not tutorials
