Hex2 Bug with manipulator

When using Hexagon 2, I encountered a bug with the manipulator. If I went into point, edge, or face selection mode, the manipulator would not update to the location of the selected item. This was the same for all manipulators (scale, rotate, etc.); the manipulator remained in the center of the model. I could still use the manipulator, but this poses a problem if I want to work close to the geometry in part of the model that wasn't near the manipulator. I found that collapsing the dynamic geometry fixed the problem. But then what is the point of dynamic geometry if you can't retain it?

If I'm doing something wrong, or don't understand something, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hummm, I'll check that.
This happens when you are on a specific level of the DG? And which kind of geometry? (a screenshot?)

Here is a screenshot. I cannot select a higher level of the dynamic geometry; maybe that is the problem?

Here is the actual hexagon file. I am not a good modeler, I am just learning, so please forgive the poor mesh!

I'm at work but will try when I get home; does this fix the problem or just for that face? It's not really convenient if I have to keep doing that every time I make a selection. Thanks for looking at the problem!

Yes, this fix the position of the manipulator, I open your file and correct the problem with that option. you dont need to do it all the time.
