Help getting my Hex2 Upgrade, please

I am trying to figure out how and where I find out about the upgrade from my Hex1 version to the Hex2 version.
I already paid for my pre-order a month ago and am still waiting to hear something from someone, anyone?

Is this upgrade available yet?
If so, how do I get it?
And why didn't I reciece any email letting me know that I was able to get the download yet?
All I've gotten so far, was an email saying that DAZ bought out Eovia and that was all I've seen so far.

I can't seem to find where I go to find out how to get my upgrade, but I know I was entitled to the free upgrade to Hex2 and that was why I did the pre-order in the first place.

Please, someone help me figure out what I do?

Thanx....................md

Daz are a helpful bunch of guys. If there's a delay with anything, it's more than likely because they're trying to work out why some people didn't receive their emails.

If you haven't already, send an email to their support.

Thanx, at least I know I'm not the only one.
But, as far as sending them an email to support, can you point me to a link?
I couldn't seem to find one to send to?
When I clicked on Support, I just found links to all sorts of other topics, but none were related to hex2.
So, I don't know who or where to send an email to?

Probably somewhere right in plain site, but I was sure lost.
I'm not that familiar with the DAZ site yet, so that doesn't help

Anyway, thanx................md

Thanx a ton

I'm too tired tonight to finish up with any more of this tonight, but will deal with it all tomorrow.

I think both parties involved should of worked this out better before this all hit the fan, personally, but oh well.
Cuz at the DAZ site they say some things that imply that Eovia did what they did and DAZ is doing what they are doing and trying to fix things, but really, they both must of known about this whole mess quite some time back, as you don't just suddenly buy out some company without having talks about it first before you buy them out.
Which meant that both sides would of known about these issues.

I know that DAZ is appearantly trying to do their best to compensate people who pre-ordered, but lets face it, they knew that people wouldn't exactly be pleased with taking people's pre-orders and then under cutting them with that deal they gave away like that.
They should of just stuck with the first deal and left it at that, instead of this changing things around.
Now I see all these late comers already enjoying something I paid 200 smakers for, and they're playing already with it and for only 2 bucks, plus the 29 for the PC thingy.

Not exactly something that would make all of us pre-order people exactly thrilled to see that done to them like that.

Anyway, thanx again for the links and like I say, I'll deal with this mess tomorrow, I'm just too burnt to bother tonight with it.

I have just received an awnser from bob he says: Per the instructions on the Eovia website, you must sent the PDF purchase receipt to info@eovia.com to prove that you qualify. Only then will the links be sent to you.
Good Luck. I have just sent mine see what happens. Cheers Fiona Beardsley.

Hmmm... well, I bought the boxed version, so there was no PDF reciet.
I got mine from Safe Harbor and at their site it also said that I was elegible for the free upgrade right on their site, from Eovia.

I see I got some DAZ replies to read, though I'm a bit afraid to, since DAZ fanatics tend to be pretty defensive for their DAZ and I said things about not being too happy with this in the DAZ forum, so I am kind of expecting the worse, but hoping for the best LOL

I wasn't rude or anything like that, but I was upset.

Let me get this thing moving and read up and scan in my reciet for my product and see if that will work for them or who knows what?
This sure seems like the screwiest method I've ever heard of though for dealing with serial number registrations.

Thanx and I hope you are enjoying your cool Hex2?
