I want to verified if there a speed connection trouble?
Some have mentioned 10-20hours?

Andreseloy, I think there is not a problem with speed.

From Switzerland, late Friday I received both Hex 2 and the pre-purchase bonus files at 200KB/second -- about half an hour to receive Hex itself.

The appearance was this.

- I used the download link from Eovia(daz), from my email. The web browser said 'connecting', and then I had a long wait -- a few minutes.

- after the minutes, then the download began, with the usual dialog where to put the file. From this point onward, very high speed.

I think Eovia used a traffic shaping tool to get this behaviour, and the long wait while connecting is to get your turn. But then a controlled number of downloaders always get high speed (when your end can take it).
