Puke Can you tesselate odd shaped objects?

I need to tesselate this object (Shoulder Patch) so I can bend it in two different directions on the Y & Z Axis. When I try to tesselate it by either method, I get odd tesslate lines or it cut the end faces to pieces.

I hope someone can figured this out therefore I included the hex file too.

Thanks,

try this , you need to plan your mesh when trying this kind of thing, like starting with a cube and extruding the curve outline or using a grid.
