Tablet and keyboard support - Polyloop

I'm using tablet for modeling (I've got RSI) and only tablet,I would like Hex to have full tablet support,for me crucial is mapping different zoom,pan and rotate view features to keyboard and tablet - for example in Silo I can bind anything I wand to keyboard/tablet and it works great.

I would like it would be possible to use Mirai/Wings 3D style navigation - (one click and I'm in rotate mode until I click again) in Silo it's not problem in fact you can setup Silo to immitate EVERY possible application like 3D max or Lightwave.

I would like also define my own shortcuts for ALL functions,this-icon-only,some-shortcuts interface is mediocre I don't understand why there is no shurtcuts for most of commands.And these icons for zoom,pan and rotate are ridiculous who would like to use icons for such features ?

Until it's somehow solved I will not buy Hex2 even if it's amazing app and all my friends say the same because they are not going to drop they habits so please consider full customization because I'm sure you are loosing thousands of customers because of this simple features.If it's done I will be first to buy !!!

My situation isnt as extreme as yours but I think that the ability to custumize the mouse (or tablet) Is a necesary adition to hexagon.

I think that it is silo's greatest feature right now.

Hope they will put it in one of the future updates after 2.0

Hi Nik00n,

I've got exactly the same RSI problem and never use a mouse. What I don't understand is why Hex didn't use the same system as C5, this would have been better than relying on users having a mouse. Not like Eovia to miss this. I posted my request here:

Anyway full customisation options like Silo get's my vote too. I'm sure Eovia will add this at some point.
