Hex shading domains get scrambled

Sometimes when I've assigned a color or texture to a particular group of facets creating a shading domain, when I go to reopen the file the texture map shifts to a new domain. For example, a female elf character I'm working on has eyeball texture map applied to her eyes. Sometimes I've reopened the file to find the eyeball texture has mysteriously "migrated" to her hat or to her jacket. Incremental saving seems to minimize the problem. See WIP girl with wrong texture wrap and complete girl with correct shading domains.Anyone else have a similar problem? It seems to be most previlant when I have simple shaded objects (non shader domain mapped) and complex shader domain areas on another object in the same file. I would like to use Hexagon to assign domains before porting it over to Carrara, but it seems a little undependable for that. I'm looking forward to my free update to version 2 this month. Hope it will be a little more stable (less internal error crashes). Even so I absolutely love Hexagon. The elf gal is box modelled, which I find very intuitive.
