Hexagon 2 Beta

I vote that all who ordered Hexagon2 within the first 48 hours be given access to the beta version to stop themselves from going around the bend whilst they wait for the official delivery! EVERYONE to vote!!!!!

You don't need to vote, you won't have the access anyway

One advantage of the Open Beta that lightwave 9.0 is going through at the moment, we all have access. However, all it seems to be doing is scaring everyone with how unfinished the product feels. In fact people using V8.5 have a lot of gripes about bugs etc with what was a 'stable' release.

I ordered Hexagon 2 within 48 hrs, but I think I am happy to wait for a finished product tested by people more skilled than I (though I can't wait to get my hands on it)

Then.. why we didn't do a public beta like Carrara 5?
Because we introduce new concepts in Hexagon, which is for us a lot of work and developpment. We already have a lot of betatesters and feedback, and it's a lot of data to analyse.
We are always trying to do our best to listen all the request (betatesters or not), but we have a lot of older request to add first
By the way, we like the concept of public beta and I think we will "use" it a lot more in a near futur

good point..I am not sure..and therefore just in case I have removed the comment, though anyone can see the feelings as the beta comment site is an open forum.

Actually the beta forums are closed to beta testers only, and is covered by the NT NDA...
