Arrow Error message and an empty work field

I would like to know what causes Hexagon to give you a "internal error" when saving? Cause when I use hexagon and save it it sometimes gives me "internal error" message, but I always save it again just in case.

I tried to open the file and the same message showed up and with no modelling work(a clear window):o . Did this ever happen to anyone with this message?

I have had similar things regularly but I just ignore and no problem seems to exist--one of those odd quirks that I presumed maybe a "glitch" rather than a bug in Hexagon.
You obviously cant save a faulty save so how do you explain the point at which the problem occurs? Can you detail the steps involved to the point where it occurs so that others may try to duplicate?

The only thing I did is save it first. Occasionally the message pops-up, but I ignore it and save it again. ( It happen to many a could of time, but never this bad) After I saved it I close the program and shut down the computer. Today I wanted to work on the file little more and the message showed up. I hit valided, but the work I did didn't show.( empty work area)

I've had the same problem, usually after an enternal error message. I now use "incremental saving", and the problem has stopped. I've noticed enternal error messages occure most often when I try to save my file while in face, line or point selection mode or if I try to do some kind of invalid action (bridge disimilar items, etc). I make sure everything is unselected now when I save, and I haven't had a blank document open up for about 3 weeks.

Just wanted to point out that if you get Hexagon 2, you will now be able to go back to those files that weren't opening/saving properly and Hex2 will open them with most of the geometry preserved. I had a few faces deleted and a few faces drawn which should not have been there, but those were easily fixed and I was able to save a lot of work I thought was lost.
