| xyz coordinates in dialog boxes to show static coordinates
Amapi does not give me an objects location on the world coordinate system. This would be the absolute location when I click on move. Truespace shows this data as does carrara. Why is this feature not in Amapi! This is the 1 feature that stops me from purchasing Amapi. The location, size and angle in 3d space of an object should in my opinion always be available and be able to be changed. Is it only me who misses these features or are they already there and my settings are wrong or is it a problem with windows xp home? An objects location should be able to be changed by simply typing new coordinates into the dialog boxes or by scrolling on up or down arrow keys or by using the keyboard.

It do not have there yet dialogue box with the location of each object permanently. But the measuring instruments makes it possible to fill this lack partly. In the 7.5 there are some more options for absolute and relative, very practical. The demo will arrive later. |
