Eovia took the money in may im still waiting for an order confirmation
and still no sign of the program.

i could have gone over to france and picked the program up myself by now.

i have recieved no emails or any information from Eovia.

as far as customer service goes Eovia are failing miseribly as always.

Are you in the UK, laughingnome? I ordered the pro upgrade on the 30 March and got it about two weeks later (although they did take the money immediately). I think you should have got it by now.

Oh and actually, it's now May ;)

fair enough i shant.

i shall however post any where else i like regarding poor service from Eovia.
if you dont like it tough.
i dont like the fact im paying more than the americans for the same product.
i also dont like it that they took the money over a month ago i have have yet to receive a conformation of order by email or any other means.

this is not the first time ive had problems with shipping regarding Eovia products and im not the only person who has had this problem

you might not like me posting this message Hugo.
i dont like the fact i have to post it at all.

Thomas please remove me as moderator from this site.

I'm for nothing on you matter, i agree with you, it's a problem who's happen …

I just want to add, why post to thread on the same board ?
http://www.amapi.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=37 This one, where we are.
http://www.amapi.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=38 The other one, where Thomas, try to help you … read it before, you send it in the shit when he ask for your real name for leping you …

So you can post everywhere you are hungry, you have the write.

But, the only things i thing, two time on the same board, don't really change anything.

And, i forgot, but i'ven't see you post on 3D Commune, i've see the email From BryceTech on the Eovia ML.

Thats all, don't be hungry with me, or Amapi.net or any users, send email to eovia for your money back.

just to be clear on this Hugo,

i'm not angry with you or Amapi.net.

i'm annoyed that i was put in this position in the first place.

i tried emailing Eovia and i tried at the Eovia ML, for some reason my mails are not being recieved

i posted here and at 3dcommune because i am aware that the Eovia team read the boards at these sites.

i posted several times just to be sure

Thomas received the information he asked for yesterday.

just so you are aware i have been trying to contact Eovia for over a week.
please forgive my frustration but so far im out of pocket to the tune of over 400 euros with nothing to show for it, its a loss i cannot afford.

Eovia have contacted me at last and are working to sort out the problem, which was the point of the post in the first place.
