[Hex] constrains operations - Polyloop

Hello,

I'm learning Hexagon and I don't know, in some cases, to do exact operations. In Blender, holding the Control key constrains the rotation to 5° increments or constrains the resizing to exact values or allows translations along the grid. How to do that in Hexagon? I know the magnet/grid icon on the bottom toolbar but in many cases it don't works (on constraining rotation, rescale, move a vertex along the grid etc.).
Can anybody help me, please?

OK I am so green at this so don't be offended at the duh factor hear but I noticed when I have my caps lock on nothing works.

you can input specific rotation values into the properties fields...

Shift constrains rotation to 45degree increments. Unfortunately you cannot change that value.
