[Blender]/hexagon] Edge tools

I used Hexagon for quite awhile, and when it wasn't buggy, i enjoyed it. But new these are the newer times, where i have more demands and less money.
Long story short, I'd like to know, if there is one, the equivalent for the extract along/around; fillet for individual edges, a selection of edges in Blender? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Or ctrl R for loop cut and slide edge combined. ctr r + 2 will give you two loops, ctr r + 3 for 3 etc.

i meant individual edges, not a ring loop. Is there amyway to do that?

The knife tool 'keyboard k' would be your only option but you would be left with triangles to clean up as there is no ngon support in Blender atm.
