Hexagon - poser import export sizes

Hi there.

Can anyone give me the correct ratio for importing and exporting models made in hexagon and going into either Carrara or poser.
I've tried 100% but end up with massive objects.

If all these programs use the same scale whether cm or inches 100% should be 100%

Help.
