Question Help in hex unfold process!!!!

Can some one tell me pls, if is possible to save file, in the middle of adding seams, before unfold and keep the seams as they are when u open the file to continue from that point????
I'm a nob in Hex!!!

I don't believe so, after the picking of seams and pins you have to validate the operation... so I would assume that it would not be possible.

The idea is, for example, I want to change some seams or the way is cut, i have all the time to repeat the process of adding seams and pins and finally unfold again ??

Yes, you would have to go back and redo your seams and pins. Hexagon does not save the seam and pin information after you unwrap your geometry.
