[Hexagon]line connect prob

i make a line then clone it to the opposing side and cant get it to connect except to itself please see pic im wanting to make one solid mirror copy of line then make it a continous un broken line

Few ways, you can snap the lines, add nother poly line holding shift to connect and then select all and weld, or the easiest for me is to fast extrude one side, do symmetry and bridge and extract again like this.

yeah i kinda thought to do that but the reason i was asking is because of a mesh a guy was doing here:

Cause even tho they use LW there hex2.2 can do alot of what lw3d can do.
i was wanting to avoid a extra unwanted face but with your method you actually do thanks

You can also just snap and weld them as long as the points are overlapping.

Thanks guys it works great heres a little something i did rendered in bryce 6.1
i'd try doing a hi def render but my pc stopped at %50 and would go no more
