Want ZBrush 3.1 Training? KURV studios has it!

Well almost, were currently in edits on it. Wayne Robson is an amazing ZBrush artist and when we asked him to work on 3.1 for us, he not only made 1 video... he made 2!

The first video follows in Glen Southern's foot steps and goes into the navigation, workflow, ZSpheres, Menu's, Brushes, Mesh Extraction, Matcap, Posing and Rigging, customizing ZBrush, ZMapper, Displacements, and Retopologizing.

Volume I is not a project based video, it is created to show you how ZBrush 3.1's workflow.

Volume I of this video will be released on Wednesday September 26th and Volume II will be released very soon after (more information coming on Volume II soon).

Volume I is more than 5 hours of training in 18 separate chapters.

We will send out another newsletter on Wednesday when the video is released but wanted to give you time to save some lunch money to get it.

Want ZBrush 3.1 Training, how about a video covering everything in ZBrush 3.1!

We are always excited about our new video releases but this one was especially exciting for us. We just love ZBrush, the tool absolutely rocks and we are always looking for ways to improve our skills with it.

This video from Wayne has been a long time coming. Wayne and KURV studios have been working with Pixologic for some time to create this video and release it for ZBrush 3.1.

This DVD takes you ‘from the ground up’ covering every feature of ZBrush 3.1. It doesn’t assume any knowledge and provides insights into how and why everything works. This isn’t a ‘project disk’ as Volume 2 is (coming in early October), but rather a workflow DVD. That
is to say the whole point of this disk is to get the viewer as
comfortable as they can be with ZBrush in a very short time.

We have setup this DVD so that you can pick and choose the areas you want to learn. maybe you are already familiar with ZSpheres, but want comprehensive information on Retopologising your model in ZBrush 3.1, simply open that chapter. But don't dismiss the ZSpheres chapter as we learned a few time saving nuggets in that area ourselves.

Looks good
Would be nice if they offered a little "snip" - short preview of this so you could get a feel for the way the instructor presentents his tuts.

How would you compare this to the Meats Meier "Introduction to Z Brush 3.1" offered by Gnomonology?

Are you planning to review different products so we can make a comparison?
