Question Lost serial for Amapi Designer 7

Hi!

I was given Amapi Designer 7 as a gift, new in box, but there was no serial number inside. I've been trying to find one ever since, but had zero luck.

I'm afraid of the crack and keygen sites, since they are virus pools. I have a legitimate copy, so why seek an illegal solution anyway? The people at Daz 3D and at eFrontier have no records of this product at all. They have both pointed fingers at each other and basically said "go talk to them". So, here I sit with a perfectly good program, but unable to access it at all.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get a legitimate serial number?

Thanks!

Hi,
There's was no small stickers on CD jacket or a little paper ? The original owner of this copy didn't keep it somewhere ?

you should have a 2 pages paper sheet, with the sticker Hugo mentionned stick in it, on the registration card part of this paper.

Sorry for taking so long to answer. No, it came with only the book and the CD. There was no paper with a sticker or a registration card. I'm guessing it was an error in the packaging department. Because this particular edition is an "orphan" program, no longer acknowledged or supported by anyone, I guess I'll never be able to use it. Very unfortunate, since I love Amapi and would like to have tried it. I have Amapi Pro 7.5 now, so I suppose it doesn't matter.... but it's the principal of the thing now. I own it, but can't use it because of a glitch in packaging. That just doesn't seem right somehow. It might have been my fave program. I'm not really liking the new one much so far, but maybe that just take getting used to. I still love Amapi 5.15 the best. Who knows what Designer 7.03 would have been to me? Guess I'll never know. Thanks to everyone who replied! You've been very kind.

Oops. Forgot to mention: I am the original owner. It was bought online as a gift for me and sent directly from the store in an unopened package. It was still sealed in its original wrapper.

It was bought directly from Purplus, an online software store. They no longer stock it.
