e fromtier Amapi 7.5 new offer what gives?

Just noticed on the e-frontier site that the one mighty Amapi7.5 is now on offer for just £75 for e frontier sofware owners...

No what does this mean - I upgraded lat year for around £100
on hearing there was going to be version 8

But does this mean end of the road or something else??

I don't think it is a deathbed notice. Just that with Silo2 just launching, Hexagon updated (but still buggy) recently, the impending launch of Modo 301, etc etc, an offer incentive was a natural way to go.
Now with the french developer team no longer with Amapi, I think this is even MORE logical, as one of the incentives for Amapi was precisely this team.
This is all just conjecture from my part, though, I have really no idea of the inner workings of e-frontier (or any other software company for that matter).
