| That's just cool man! ![]() | [Hexagon][Hexagon] Just can't keep it working :( Well, I just want to say thanks to everyone here and all the help. But Hex is just toooo buggy to run proper on my mac. re-opening files is iffy at best. so saving does no good. things constantly happen that don't make since. I hope they come out with a fix cause it seems sooo cool. but ... well I don't have the patience! I need it to work... I think it's the vid cards doing it but I can't afford to buy new card all the time. anyway, I will be keeping an Eye on updates and new versions but with Daz I don't see it happening anytime soon. but we can always hope. ![]() |

| proud to be a nurb ![]() | perhaps you sould keep your eye out for Carrara 6. The modeling room seems to be "beefed up" quite a bit. And the screengrabs look quite similar to Hex. I'm sure it won't do everything that Hex can do, but it seems they've put some of Hex's ideas in there. And Carrara is much more stable... shorty |

| Respect the Dawg! ![]() | For the most part I have no problems whatsoever with the Mac version. I had some problems when I first started with it, but since I have changed my workflow from box modeling over to edge modeling, I can model for hours without a glitch. I know it's been said before, but I think that when starting to learn Hex, user error is the biggest factor with instability. |
