| Error message
Is there a way to avoid this error message when using images for modeling reference on the grids? ERROR MESSAGE: Can't load image from file (the rest is the path for my image which I created in my first session with this model) :file does not exist. It's not often I use modeling reference images but this error message really screws me up! By the way, I have all of these images in the same folder with the hxn file. Obviouslt there is a linking problem going on here! P.S. I am using the Mac version 2.1 |

1) Just clear the error message.. 2) before you save and close your file, make sure to uncheck the background image and remove the link to the file and then save and close. It's really just a minor nuisance and not something that will create any instability.. |

The final word on this goes this way: When using reference images for grids in Hexagon on any drive, create a project folder that contains everything, hxn file and reference images. If you transfer that folder to another drive you will need to re-link those reference images and then rename/save the hxn file. When you do that Hexagon will see the linked files every time! P.S. Not exactly sure about the need to re-name the hxn file, try it withou first! |
