Silo 2 Public Beta 9e Released. Solid.

This release is pretty solid. (for me at least.)

Here are some of the newest changes:

- obj import further improved
- improved hiding of edges and vertices (but introduced some new hiding bugs )
- opening docked windows will no longer make Silo go bigger than the screen
- manipulators for tools exit on undo
- fixed bug that allowed locking faces
- bevel with multi mode weirdness fixed
- area and Lasso selection work better when selecting single elements.
- default interface added

Since Mac users didn't get the last beta (9c), I'll include updates since the last Mac and PC beta.

- many tools will not "grab" the mouse anymore if you just tap the hotkey for them (such as slide), but will still grab it if you hold the hotkey down
- split loop will not use the default slide amount when it goes into the slide tool (if you hold the keyboard shortcut key down)
- cut (connect) will select the newly created edges when in edge selection mode
- import/export of obj *hopefully* improved - since many programs interpret these files differently, it's impossible to say, but in our tests so far it is better
- import/export of 3ds is better, including texture mapping
- added support for opening tga files, though there are some issues with many files that we can't track down the cause of yet
- fixed inverted mirai mouse tilt
- fixed some crashing problems when opening models with the scene editor open
- fixed rotation/scale problems with snapping
- can set group members from right-click menu in scene editor
- fixed (better) soft selection over mirror seam with mirroring
- fixed undo on unwrap UV proxy, also create UV proxy
