Hexagon bug?! - Polyloop

I got Hexagon 2.1, today it won't work anymore: when I try to load a model ,does not matter the format, it freeze.

what'happened? A windows damage, a corrupt istallation ?

Did you try the update patch? Don't know if your version has it already or not. Could try.

Go here and select Hexagon

I got all the patches, yes. Anyway, I resetted all , close and restart and now it works.
