| Not sure what to do?
After checking out all the Amapi 7.5 pro tutorials at VTC, I've decided this is the perfect fit for me. Because I am a relative newcommer to the world of 3D(C5Pro just 18 months & Hex 1 year) I'm not sure the best way to proceed. I downloaded 6.1 here and Efrontier says I can purchase 7.5 for 249.00. Would it be best to get it now or wait for the new version that is comming out in a month or so? Will I still be able to get 7.5 when 8 is available? Will 8 be a lot more expensive for me than 249.00 for 7.5 at present.

Thanks Thomas for that answer was going to ask that myself as I have downloaded 7.52 and have found it very nice. And also trying to decide on a purchase as well....have hex2 and well does cause issues here and there but still very nice in itself and hopefully better in future. But my hope was that Amapi 8 would add on some of hex's toolset .I also like the idea that most of Hex team is working on Amapi now and really that is making me lean strong on focusing on amapi. But I use Carrara 5 pro to bring models into and wonder how much the daz-efrontier not being best friends will effect the overall workflow. always nice to have a very friendly robust file exchange going on among other items.
