HI , I got hexagon 2.1 and a material problem - Polyloop

Hi, I purchased Hexagon some months ago .
I try to did something but I can't find the material windows.
I just reset the interface and use the F keys but the material windows still hide : i can see only 3 windows:
Properties
Scene
Dynamic geometry
how to texturing the object?

I made a made video with wink..there is not way to get those texture and material windows.
