screen recording - Polyloop

Hi all, i want to discus screen recording.
Now i'm using Camtasia Studio 5 (the last one, perhaps) i'm noob in it so far, so for now i have some problems - the first one - i can't save file with audio track. (for example, i have video recorded, and want some song for the background, placed it in an audio track.. than i exported it in swf and there is only video, no sound)

And another one:
what preferences to use if i want to record modeling process in hexagon?
I have damn big files after exporting.

Please, share your experience

I think the files will be smaller using flv format.
Then, you can reduce the output screen size (ie 640*480) when you convert from avi to flv.

There's no lag.

I did a bunch of video with Hexagon 1&2 without any problems at all. Your problem seems weird. Can you give us more information for your export parameters?

I've read somewhere that Camtasia tends to slow down the system. Could be that's your lag source in Hexagon.
