I think I am in love.

I just now got high speed internet from Comcast. I have spent over 10 hours here. It is awesome to see all these old music videos. I am having a lot of fun youtubing my favorite bands. Does anyone else like to youtube for videos? Who are your favorites?

Youtube i a goldmine for old rock music video clips, especially for us in France (maybe europe) where in the 80's hard-rock was NEVER shown on TV.

So thanks to Youtube i've discovered a few weeks ago for example live Night Ranger i've been a huge fan since their first LP , but that i've never had a chance to see them performing live even on TV, or in video clips...Same thing for Rainbow, Whitesnake etc...

I like all that as well, If you are a Dio fan check out the Killswitch Engage version of Holy Diver. It's funny to go back and see how cheesy some of those videos were.

Thanks for the feedback.

My favorites bands from the 80s were the Plasmatics, The Ramonees, Missing Persons, Motley Crue and Ozzy with Randy Rhoads but Marc Bolan and T.Rex are my favorite band of all time. I like the 70s glam rock scene.

I watched several Rainbow videos.

I saw Dio back in 84 or so, they were great... The Youtube vids are indeed funny, seeing the Headbangasuarus Rex's and Punkbilled Platipuses cracks me up. I was always a Maiden fan and liked Mikey and Rudy Schenker. Maybe I'll model Eddie, he was great..

Up the irons!

I like how they have links to cover versions at youtube.

Please share a same boat with old-fashioned boy.

I was crazy about French Pops as well when I was teenager (around 1965) though I was, of course, crazy about Beatles.
Especially, I had fallen in love with Sylvie Vartan.
