| Polygurbs ![]() | Haha!! Romi those are great!.. With all the focus on hyper-realism these days and renders that sometimes take a second or third look to tell from the real thing it's cool to be able to see spline models and classy old renders like this again. Thanks for sharing, ![]() Steve |

| Vertex ![]() | Thanks for the information! ![]() And that are some nice renders! ![]() I've found a sealed copy of Meta Creations 3D Suite III! ![]() But I am still looking for a copy of Infini-D 4.5 and Ray Dream 5.5 maybe someone can help me with finding those... actually I am just looking for all kinds of old cg-software up to 1999/2000 ![]() I laugh at my own questions! I have fun asking them! ![]() Still I am very serious about it. ![]() Ow, and can someone tell me what Detailer was/is? ![]() And, and! Another question... what software was used to create the realistic looking humans used in poser, 2, 3 up to 5? (I guess this is a difficult one... )I like smiley's... ![]() Regards, Lourent. |

| NURBS Booleans are your friend ![]() | Detailer was the ancestor of Painter3D. A 3D painting software. see : http://www.macuser.co.uk/macuser/rev.../detailer.html And by the way, if you're looking for old MetaCreations software, don't forget the KPT (filters for Photoshop). Still installed on my computer and working perfectly with Photoshop CS3... ![]() ![]() And for your collection, a picture of the french CDs of Poser 2 and 3, RayDream Studio 5 and Bryce 3D... ![]() ![]()

| NURBS Booleans are your friend ![]() | Oh, btw, I don't have the answer for Poser but here are two links that may be interesting for you (with pre-release images...) http://www.larryweinberg.com/gallery2/v/PoserHistory/ http://www.e-frontier.com/article/view/1593/1/302/ Maybe you can contact Larry Weinberg directly and ask him. If you do that, please post his answer on this forum ! ![]()
