Nurbs Programmes

I am impressed with the special qualities of Nurbs, especially when it comes to booleans.
I find MoI quite brilliant, but I have Amapi7.52.(Oh!--I bought it because of Amapi 8!!!!!)

Do I, really, need anything other than Amapi7.52?

(I have also Carrara6Pro, Hexagon 2.2 and Silo2)

Cat amongst the pigeons!---forgetting about 3d paint/--any thoughts as to which my very old brain should concentrate on for as the "best"(!!!) bug-free/universal modelling app?

I, really, do need to make this best for me choice--

And I need help to hold a pen/pencil in my hand, now, ------

"Bug-Free".... ???

Is there such a thing?
Must be made by aliens if you find one.

Some of the Adobe stuff might be close.
