| A Lonely Sky - a short film http://www.alonelysky.com/ (a mirror has been put up on the site and there is also a streaming flash video) also available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Id5vYdIkSMQ from the site: "A Lonely Sky is a short film written and directed by Nick Ryan. In 1947, a test pilot who will risk his life to break the sound barrier, is forced to question his reasons and abilities by a strange yet familiar man. Also produced by Nick Ryan of Image Now films, and co-produced by Seamus Byrne of Zanita films. Starring Keir Dullea (2001, A Space Odyssey, The Good Shepherd), Paudge Behan (Veronica Guerin), Padraic Delaney (The Wind that Shakes the Barley, Legend), Sean Hanrahan, David Layde and Garvan McGrath. There is approximately 5 minutes of entirely CGI effects in the finished film of 10 minutes. This was all completed at HD resolution (1920x1080) for projection in theatres.
