Autodesk 3dsmax 8

Well, Looks like I'm the first here using this software, but I could be wrong,as always! But I figured I'd better post here anyway, since I am using it! Still learning some of the newer features. Talk about packing in new stuff compared to my older version, Max 4. I had Maya 5 and Maxxon Cinema but it was washed away in a major Virus! I bought it directly of line and stupid me,never made a backup. Well, now I am using this, so far, I'm Impressed!

Well It's 3:15 a.m. here, so I think I will hit the sheets! See ya soon!

Hi and welcome here Medyl!
Please, first of all, use a small sign, like 200x40 max

About Max, you are not the only one I think to use it (I'm using it), but historycaly, a lot of members here use products "less" high end like Carrara.
Feel free to show us your work!

I agree with Thomas, I am sure alot of people use this software package. Like myself... I have used 3DS Max since version 3 and am currently using version 8. I only use 3DS Max at work and do not personally own a copy myself. Way to expensive for me.

Well I have no choice, I am a game Modeler for Wardog Studios. I am in the process of getting Hexagon, since I have heard good things about it! Hey I am no expert, but I have a extensive modeling, platforms, background. If asked, I always say I am a life long student. Besides I have used everything out there! It's not what your using, it's what you create with it! Something I always tell these young modeling pups, out there. Hey have fun, create well and enjoy it! hehehehehehe!
