Unique Experimental SubD Editor ?????

Check out this app called "TopMod" here
http://www-viz.tamu.edu/faculty/ergu...arch/topology/

Its under development, Free to download
Works fairly well so, far for what I have tried,
Imports and exports .obj files in and out of hex and silo
Creates some great Lattice structures from YOUR imported geometry.
Does some great bridging functions, including twist.
Some different exrtusions
And a bunch of different Subdivision and tesselation functions
Though no real basic point, line or face transforms ??? yet.
Well it is fairly new, or so it seems, but worth keeping an eye on.
Watch the links to the video's to see it capabilities

wow... I watched the vids, and this is an awesome modeler. Not for tradition character and object generation, of course, but for abstracts and wires, this is unbeatable. thanks for posting.
