I have a few new tutorials, essentially on doing post work over animations (in this case another 2D software (Moho) was used for an underwater clip, courtesy of Dr.Eddie)

Using the Snowfall filter in the Timeline editor, and flipping the images upside-down, we can make it look like bubbles rising from the ocean floor.
