[Carrara]Carrara Feathers Tutorial - Polyloop

I feel sure there was a sort of tutorial here, last year?, on using a feather image to apply to a model and I think it was related to using Anything Grows.
(I my mind I see a teddybear having fur in that same "tute"?)
Help in locating would be appreciated.

the only thing i know of with a Teddy Bear would be something from Mox.
