[Carrara]vector style 2.2 for C6

Hello All, and more specifically Thomas:
I was curious if there is anyway that we can get past receipts for purchases through Eovia still. I want VS for C6 and I can't get it unless I have my old receipt, otherwise I have to repurchase it.

Just let me know, it'd make life easier. Thanks.

Shaun

(This may not help--but!)
I save all my purchases and serial number information to this file.
Then occasionally, I burn a copy to CD--Just in case!

If your VS purchase from Eovia was on a CD DAZ will probably accept a scan of the CD as proof of purchase.

what i don't understand is that when i look at my daz account it list the vs2 as a purchase from eovia. doesn't make much sense that they don't validate that as proof. LOL

Now that is funny, you've called them on the phone and talked with a real person?
