As I said before, don't call it free before official release. This build installs as a trial, and they ask $100 for a full version. But currently they can't accept money from non-Russian or non-Ukrainian payment systems

You can still download the 1.84 beta and use it commercially, if you don't like paying.

I think $100 is good value, especially considering there's no program that comes close to it in this price range. I can edit a 4 million poly object with few hiccups.

Maybe if Hexagon gets fixed it may become an alternative, but I don't hold out high hopes for this.

(no English, sorry, not my fault) is a contrary statement. You can use it commercially after you pay. And it's a common practice - you can't use a beta version of program after release. They just forgot to warn you. Just like they forgot to prepare payment zone for foreigners.
I have no problemo with paying, I just don't like half-assed stuff. I mean not the program itself, but the whole way of doing things.

Excuse me, it is not free, some export functions are limited. But old and free version is also downloadable by link http://www.3d-brush.com/files/eng/3d-brush...1-eng-1-843.exe . But it is old and more bugful.

I'm sure the english payment options will come in due course, so I'm not too concerned. 1.84 works fine for me anyway.

You are talking about technical availability of the download, what I'm talking about is legitimacy. There is no statement you can still use it. However, there is no statement you can't. In any case I don't dissuade you.
What about me, in most cases it's more easy to pay to Okinawa, Beijing or Ohio, than to pay to domestic or ex-soviet republic companies (believe me, my friend, WebMoney is not PayPal).
