need help to post a Wink SWF

I've spent the better part of my morning learning Wink (and annoying my wife for doing so). Now i've got a mini-tutorial video i want to post but it's 12MB! Does anybody know how to shrink these darn things to realistic web size? I see no option to reduce size in Wink...

Also, what is best method to post it here at Polyloop? In the Wink folder it only save an HTML link and an SWF object...

You can attach the file on your post : ".swf" up to 19.07 MB
(when you make a new post to an existing or a new thread, at the bottom you have a button "Manage attachements" click and choose the file to upload.)
You can also "zip" your file (the .html and .swf - up to 19.07 MB)

I use wink and shrink filesizes either by palletizing the swf or erasing redundant screengrabs

Hi Juan, I've already removed about 70% of the unneeded screens. Will take a look at palletizing it. Thanks for the tip...
