Carrara Pro will let you network render 5 computers together. The Grid will let you network even more.

I hope this helps you decide.

That is interesting. I own Carrara Standard, and since I have Hexagon my personal feeling is to use the Hex tools lacking in Carr Standard as opposed to splurging on Carr Pro. When I have a second computer I suppose having pro would be a good idea for some faster rendering. And I'm not sure what other pro tools are there but a few good things, I do know. Like swaying wind for trees? (don't know the correct terminology)
