Hi Thomas, I'm having problems downloading your video tutorials. A pop up box is requesting for my user name and password can you please shed some light on this? What exactly are the necessary steps to download your tutor? |

| Is there a mirror?
I haven't been able to re-download the Nierd files. Is there a mirror for them somewhere? I had to delete them awhile back to make room for video editing, and would like to get them back. Its one of the best tuts out there. Thanks for any help, John |

Downloaded the tutorials without any problems. Playback was extremely slow (painfully slow) in Windows Media Player, so now I am using the DivX player that came with the codec. This works great! The only disadvantage now is the quick playback.... Yeah Thomas, you see, you can;t please everybody here....Just asking whether there is a player that allows you to slow down the video a bit. Does anybody know of one? Could not find any options for that in the DivX player. It took a while for me to figure out that you used the Bridge tool very often to connect faces after creating a few of them. This makes modeling looks so easy...... Thanks for taking the time to do make this video. I hope that more people are willing to record their creations, it is so helpful to see it on the screen! Jacqueline |

Hi Thomas, Trying to download this tutorial, I'm getting errors from the FTP server. In Safari, I get back a response "no permissions to read file". When I try a dedicated FTP program (Interarchy), I see it attempting to log on as an anonymous user and being failed with the default password. I've tried the password "guest" when it asks (a common password for anonymous FTP), and I've also tried my forum userid and password, all to no avail. Any suggestions (I've had no problems with any other files on this site). Cheers, Mark. |
