| proud to be a nurb ![]() | Boolean stencil ala Modo : mini-tutorial Hi. There was a recent question asked about how to emulate Modo's "Boolean Stencil" tool by using Hexagon. In Modo you can cut an edge loop into a mesh by intersecting with another object. In Hexagon, it requires a simple workaround. This video will explain how to do this on non-planar meshes (planar meshes are a bit more difficult). Perhaps a subject for a follow-up video?... Hmmm... ![]() It's a 3Mb download... shorty |
