rec'd my CD last week

. There is a $100 discount which expires on June 1st 2007 (for upgrades only). And of course the online resellers always have cheaper price than what's posted on the Rhino website... The difference from version 3 to 4 is really amazing, not just in the toolset. But also in display, UI customizability and scriptability. Check out the link with many videos to watch...

EDIT - I was mistaken about the $100 discount. It is only for offered for upgrades. New purchases have no discount. But i have seen a price online for new license @ $845 (that is $150 off list price of $995)... Sorry for the misinformation !!!
