Wild Thing

Since it has officialy been forever since I've done any personal poly work here is a Wild Thing from Maurice Sendaks' book. I saw a poster for the movie that is due out in October I think and thought I would give one a shot. I tried to keep the look from the book rather than the muppet look that they are using in the movie.

Model in Hexagon and render in Carrara.

The new format looks great Thomas.

Looks cool! I loved that book, when I was a child. I'm looking forward to see more!

Hair fur and texture looking good, what's the target helper for, the eyes maybe?

I agree, the format is good, I just keep ending up in the french section when I back-button..

Thanks Just and Couerl The helper was for the lights.

Here is a small update where I adjusted the stripes to make it more consistent with the book and I changed the hair slightly.

Now to make some trees for a backdrop.
