Need some good Introduction Tutors for C5

Hi I have had C5 for a while but never used it much.
I'm looking for some good introduction Tutors, on Carrara Modeling, especially Vertex Modeling with cross sections. And using Polly Lines. I'm especially interested in using Carrara for building Machine Models, of Machine Parts.

If anyone know of some of there Tutors, please Post them here.
Especially the ones that have Video, and explain the basic Principles here.

Thanks!

If i'm not wrong, you can find a VTC CD training about Carrara 5. It can be a good helpto start learning Carrara

Well I got Carrara as a download from Daz so I never had the CD.

I would have sworn that there was a Manual available with Tutorials worked up by Evoia.

I know Hex had both a Manuel and a Tutorial Set.
Seems like Carrara would have one also, I have noticed a lot of things are gone since the Evoia Site is gone.

Ok, I looked up the VTC Video Tutors. I think this is what I'm looking for. I have watched the first introductory Vids and they are very well done.

A few Questions?
The online version seems good for $30.
How does that work? Do you get an Account and Password?
Is there a Time Limit for the Membership?
Can you pay with PayPal?

Thanks!

The $30 version gives you access to the full VTC catalog I believe. The C6 Pro series is completed and in post-production I'm told so it should be ready to go in a week or so. You can check it out here if you want.

I don't know about the payment options. You'll just have to check on their site for that. I don't handle any of it - just the recording! ;)
