Looking for a Carrara organic tutorial - Polyloop

Hi my friends!

I have made some tutorials of Carrara, but I don't find anything about poly2poly and organic modeling in Carrara. If you know where, I need find a good organic tutorial in p2p, and I need to know if is possible modeling with edge extrude like other softs.

Its for an older version of Carrara, but the concept is similar.
